Blue Thistle Botanical Design- Luke 12: 27-28

Happy first week of summer! If the heat wave isn’t a sign enough that God is ready for this new season, I don’t know what is! While I wear breezy dresses all year long, the high temps mean I don’t really have another option. The extremely warm weather is nothing new to Southern California, but Blue Thistle Botanical Design is! This local company is founded by sisters Lily and Lauren Davidson who are wedding and event florist extraordinaires! These gals also have a huge heart for Jesus!

Flower crowns are not just for girls with boho vibes, music festivals, and weddings. This hair accessory is for any girl who wants to add a feminine and handmade touch to their style, for any occasion. I love the real yellow and pink flowers that Lily chose to make my crown with. I felt like a princess! The crown sat so perfectly on my head that there was no need for bobby pins to keep it in place! Not to mention, when it’s not being worn, it makes for a fabulous center piece.

Old Navy Dress: Here

Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; but I tell you, not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass in the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, how much more will He clothe you? You men of little faith!

Luke 12: 27-28

Why do we worry?! It shouldn’t surprise anyone that the usual things that keep me up at night have to do with what to wear, but there are so many bigger issues in this world! And my focus is definitely shifting. While the planet Earth needs more people to be concerned about how to fix its flaws, the Lord provides in ways that are unimaginable. He feeds the birds and clothes the flowers, yet we are His children whom he loves. God will take care of us in all circumstances.

Have a blessed week!
