The time is officially here! Today is Christmas Eve Eve… a holiday in its own right. That means when I wake up in the morning, I can say, “Tomorrow is Christmas” and/or sing “Happy Birthday Jesus.” Maybe blow out a few candles and eat a cupcake for His glory… or something along those lines. For Christmas Eve, I have a strict itinerary that has not accounted for any planned spontaneity. First cronuts for breakfast with John. Then Christmas service at church. The second half of the day will be spent at his parents’ house hovered over the cheese and crackers platter and family feasting around the dinner table!
Topshop has been haunting me in my recent past, so I may have had a mini shopping spree last week! The moment I laid my eyes on this Topshop skirt, it was love at first sight. It screamed ‘Have yourself a Merry Clueless Christmas!” This charcoal gray mock-neck crop top was just what the skirt needed. Something simple and form fitting that could be tucked in. This was my first time wearing sweater tights, and I am surprisingly pleased at how warm they were! I completed my outfit with black pumps from Kohl’s and my JJ Winter suede cross-body bag.

But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus.”
After listening to Christmas music for the last 23 days straight, the song ‘Mary did you know’ really resinated with me this year. Our saviors birth is a miracle in itself, not only the lasting affects that it had on this world and the heavens above, but how Jesus was brought into this Earth. What did Mary, a women of the flesh, think, feel, and learn as being the mother of the King of the world? God choses us wisely for our purpose, and we will never forget Mary’s part in Jesus’ story!
Have a very Merry Christmas!
