I am so DARN over-the-moon excited to share my first retail collaboration for Style Servant with Roberto Coin at Fashion Island. Roberto Coin is a gorgeous fine jewelry brand that is renowned for their exclusive mix of imagination and aesthetic sensitivity. As I stepped foot into Roberto Coin at Fashion Island, I was in Heaven as I was able to hand select the pieces I wanted to feature for my blog. I was like a girl in a candy store, but with very expensive and shiny candy. At the end of the photo-shoot, I learned that each piece of jewelry is signed by setting a small ruby hidden inside, allowing the distinguished gem to kiss the skin. This has been a tradition for the brand since 1996 because of the legend that a ruby promotes long life, health, and happiness. How amazing are secret jewels inside of already perfect jewelry?
The necklaces, earrings, and ring featured below with the black jade and green agate gems comes from Roberto Coin’s Black Jade Collection. According to the line, the design of each piece has a timeless femininity with a vintage feel that follow the conceptual line of modern glamour. My black Dirty Ballerina skater dress from Nordstrom and vintage clutch were just the right contrast against the gold jewelry. The LBD is a spring staple in my opinion, especially this short flirty number accessorized with a nude heel. I look forward to my next Roberto Coin collaboration. There are still so many pieces I want to try on!

But collect for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves don’t break in and steal.
I love jewelry as much as the next girl! Maybe, a little more even. You should see my collection in my closet. While I have enough costume jewelry to last me a lifetime, I always want more. This verse from Matthew 6 is a spot on reminder that my focus should not be on collecting material items here on this Earth, but I should focus my attention to collecting treasures in Heaven, where I can enjoy them for all of eternity. Especially where there is no risk of theft! How do you collect treasures in Heaven? By serving the Lord. I know that I want more treasure in Heaven someday than I have sitting in my closet right now!
Have a spectacular week!
