Two Thousand Fifteen is here, alive, and happening. Never would I ever have thought I would learn so much about myself, the world, and my style. I feel that over the last 12 months, I have really honed in on my personal style. I am all about flirty skirts and dresses, lots of color, sparkle, texture, preppy and feminine looks. Now that the new year has officially begun, my 2015 goal setting is in full force! In just the next few months, I will be moving out, turning 23, and traveling to Paris during Fashion Week. Here is a glance at my favorite outfits of 2014 and my resolutions of 2015.
Here are my 2015 Goals:
Love God More and Seek His Will Above All
Read and Memorize More Scripture
Be a Better Friend
Find Balance/ Reduce Stress/ Worry Less
Find a Mentor/ Be a Mentor
Learn to Cook Healthy
Don’t Be Scared of the Ocean
Learn to Drive a Manual Car
Be Aware of Opportunities for God to Use Me
Plan Ahead/ Be Spontaneous
Eat Cake for Breakfast
Walk 10,000 Steps a Day
Always find the Silver Lining
Thank God for my Blessings
Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. by Text-Enhance”>
We are one week into 2015 and my to-do lists are growing, my calendar is filling up, and planning my life has become a obsessive hobby. I am sitting here taking a few days to relax and get ahead, reminding myself that I can make all the plans in the world, but I know God is a WAY better planner that I am. I can’t beat his wisdom, timing, and organization, but I know he will use my desires to help fulfill His purpose. As a goal seeker by nature, I know God wants me to use that gift to help build His kingdom! Goals aren’t accomplished over night, but treat each day as a new opportunity to get there!
Have an accomplished week!
