Hidden in the heart of Costa Mesa is the coolest architecture of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. I haven’t seen a performance there in ages, but just walking around the grounds makes me feel as if I was strolling outside Lincoln Center in New York. Fountains, sculpture, and greenery surround the plaza making the early morning so serene. My floral midi skirt and black crop top were a simple contrast to the backdrop of the Segerstrom Center.
More of Matt’s Work:
Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
In a self-centered world, are we doing our best to encourage other people, or are we too busy building ourselves up? In order for the performances at the Segerstrom Center to be successful on stage, the dancers, musicians, and actors must be building the confidence of their counterparts backstage. This verse seems so simple, yet can be a hard task to accomplish on a daily basis. I want to please God by making my brothers and sisters in Christ see the love that He has to offer them through me. Remember how powerful words can be when used for God’s purpose.
Have a positive week!
